These eggs are from pastured ducks at Evergreen Acres in Lakeport. They have 5 acres of organic pasture land for these ducks. Their ducks forage on natural food weeds, worms, and bugs in the ground, small fish in the pond, and sprouted wheat from their greenhouse, supplemented with an organic feed that contains no soy! 

The size of the eggs may vary between jumbo and large eggs. 60 days shelf life if in the fridge 37F
