Frozen -- Cacciatore Sauce with Mushrooms

This classic hearty sauce features first-of-the-season fresh local tomatoes and sweet red bell peppers. Our version includes plenty of mushrooms and mineral-rich bone broth. Classically served with chicken, it is also great with other meats or over starches such as rice, polenta, or pasta. Broth-based sauces not only enrich flavor, they aid in the digestion of meats and starches.

Ingredients: chicken bone broth,* roma tomatoes*, mushrooms*, onions*, red bell peppers*, celery*, parsley*, olive oil, garlic*, tomato paste*, red wine*, Celtic sea salt, red chili pepper flakes, black pepper* (*=organic)
