Miss Bee Haven's honeybees are situated in what must be prime real estate for their kind: the rolling fields and orchards in and around Frog Hollow Farm in Brentwood, whose fruits, preserves and baked goods call out to us from Farmers Market Stands around the Bay Area. Depending on the season, and the direction the bees take off, this raw, unfiltered honey may be light or dark, with earthy or grassy notes, but it's always deeply flavored and nourishing.

We let the bees get a little wild! This bottle contains 100% unfiltered chaos. Equal parts sweet talk and stinger, Miss Bee Haven Hot Honey is your new favorite troublemaker. Perfect on biscuits, pizza, in cocktails, or straight off the spoon. Go on misbehave.

We use minimal processing, which means our honey will crystallize. To re-liquify, place water in warm water or microwave on low heat in 30 second increments. Keep at room temperature up to 6 months.
