In 2012 Passione Pizza was established out of this love for the perfect pizza crust. From this desire, Passione Pizza created its classic pizza dough recipe with a special blend of flour inspired by an ancient Italian recipe, using only the top-notch organic American grains. They let the dough rise for several days in a controlled environment with a fixed temperature. You can really taste the difference this makes in every bite.

At Passione Brands, we provide premium-grade organic flour for your kitchen. The flour is inspired by Italy and made from US-grown wheat, premium hard red wheat, harvested in the high altitudes of Utah, Idaho, and Washington. In addition, our gluten-free flour option is composed of California’s home-grown sweet rice, white rice, and brown rice flours.

The Organic Gluten-Free pizza crust mix is a just-add-water and olive oil mix for the adventurous home pizzaiolo.

INGREDIENTS: Organic whole grain brown rice flour, organic tapioca starch, organic whole grain white rice flour, organic sorghum flour, organic potato starch, organic evaporated cane sugar, organic arrowroot flour, sea salt, organic guar gum, and yeast.

Prepare with a mixer. Follow the steps on the back of the package. At TSH, we suggest starting with 2 cups of water and adding more if needed. Reserve extra flour for forming the pizza.
