A delightful way of preserving a plant that grows prolifically throughout the Bay Area. Sliced fennel bulbs and fronds are pickled with Celtic sea salt, white wine vinegar and honey, with a bright flavor accentuated by another Bay Area star, Meyer Lemon zest!
