Pastured eggs from Burroughs Family Farm in Modesto, where there are also extensive almond orchards. Benina and her husband follow the methods of pastured egg farming that Joel Salatin began on Polyface Farm. These eggs are certified organic and pastured.
Burroughs chickens eat a wide variety of plants and insects from the dairy's organic pastures. Their diet is supplemented with a mixture of organic grains and minerals. All of the chickens at Burroughs Family Farms are free-range and cage-free. The eggs are hand-gathered, washed, and packed at our farm in Merced County.
