A rich and creamy caulflower and broccoli soup. Broccoli, caullfower and carrots are simmered with onions in chicken broth until tender. The soup is then pureed with plenty of cheddar cheese, a splash of lemon juice and Red Boat Fish Sauce, and enough salt to balance the flavors. Simple comfort food at its best.
