Our grassfed ground beef comes from Carman Ranch, the first Regenerative Certified meat producer in the country, and a collective of women-owned ranches in California and Oregon that practice holistic pasture management to support soil health, ecosystem diversity and carbon capture. And the meat is super-tasty! We blend in minced onions, herbs, sea salt and pepper, and enrich the meat with bit of pureed beef liver for a nutrient-dense patty. This frozen, ready-to-cook raw meatloaf is made with grassfed beef. Instead of breadcrumbs, we use lentils that have been soaked and pureed to create a classic meatloaf texture. We finely mince onions, carrots and celery, then enrich the loaf with a bit of liver, bind it with pastured eggs and season it lightly. This meatloaf will feed 2-3 people.

Instructions: Remove the paper lid before baking. Preheat oven to 350º. If desired, spread meatloaf with a layer of ketchup. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes if defrosted, one hour or more if still frozen. Uncover for last 10-15 minutes. Pierce with a knife to test if juices run clear. Defrosted meatloaf can also be rolled into meatballs, then cooked.

This traditional soup is a favorite in Scotland and Ireland. In our version, pastured chicken is simmered with an abundance of Riverdog Farm leeks ("leekies") in bone broth with Massa Organics brown rice, celery, onions, thyme and bay leaves, finished with fresh parsley and a sprinkling of minced dried plums.

This old-fashioned vegetable soup starts with one of the cornerstones of traditional French country cooking.
