Sauteed green beans, carrots and mushrooms are simmered together in a mild peanut curry sauce, flavored with a housemade blend of toasted spices, along with coconut aminos and fresh lemon, and enriched with plenty of coconut milk. Lovely with rice or Thai noodles!
