Due to a change in Morell's production schedule, the bread is now baked and delivered to us on Thursday mornings, making the bread unavailable for Wednesday orders.
Eduardo Morell uses 100% organic ingredients for this classic, German-style, naturally-leavened loaf. With long-fermentation and high hydration, this 100% whole rye, nutrient dense bread is both full flavored and easily digestible, and has always been a favorite with his Eastern and Northern European customers.
