This chili starts with grassfed, Regenerative Certified ground beef from Carman Ranch, simmered with California-grown Pleasant Grove black beans cooked in beef bone broth, carrots, celery, onions, tomato paste, garlic and mild savory spices. Unlike probably any other chili you've ever eaten, ours is enriched with bone broth and a bit of beef beef liver for added nutrition. Add some diced avocado, and top it with shredded Sierra Nevada raw cow or goat cheddar!
