Keema is a classic South Asian dish, popular in both India and Pakistan. In this version, Regenerative-Certified, grassfed ground beef from Carman Ranch is simmered with soaked red lentils, ginger and a mild traditional spice blend. A bit of pureed beef liver is mixed in for a nutrient-dense boost. Ground Chicken with Green Beans in Lemon Caper Sauce -- 16 oz 1 pint jar

Another new addition to our Ground Chicken Meaty Pint lineup, this lovely dish came into being as a "rescue recipe" this Spring to make good use of extra ground chicken and green beans, and we knew we had a winner! Organic ground chicken is seared and sauteed with caramelized onions and green beans, then simmered in a broth-based, buttery sauce with lemon, capers, garlic and herbs. We mix in a bit of pureed chicken liver for added nutrient density. Great right out of the jar, or serve over rice, with butter beans or on a bed of sauteed greens with (more) garlic and lemon.

Picadillo and Black Bean Pie 1 large tin (7.5 in X 5.5 in)

Grassfed, Regenerative-Certified beef and pastured pork are simmered with green olives, capers, raisins and seasonings, and enriched with a bit of beef liver for the base of this casserole. A flavorful puree of black beans slow-cooked in bone broth forms the upper layer, and top is sprinkled with grassfed Sierra Nevada cheddar cheese and baked until just browned, for one of our most popular casseroles.

COMES FROZEN THIS WEEK. If you're "organ meat-curious" and looking to incorporate this superfood in your diet, this luscious spread is a great place to start! Incredibly light with a slight crisp of a crust on top, this luscious gluten-free treat is not to be missed. It features a combination of flours — almond, coconut, rice and potato. We blend this with pastured eggs, local Seka Hills olive oil and Straus sour cream. Warm it up first for an especially intoxicating experience!

**Dandy Blend is made of the water-soluble extracts of five ingredients; three roots and two grains (barley and rye), not from the ingredients themselves. The remaining fine brown powder left is what becomes Dandy Blend. All the gluten and other water-insoluble substances are left behind.
