Grassfed brisket is marinated in a traditional seasoned brine, then braised in mineral-rich broth with aromatic spices and carrots, turnips, cabbage and rutabagas from local Bay Area farms. The term "corning" comes from the nuggets of rock salt often used in this traditional meat preservation method.

Rice-a-Cheesy with Greens (Vegetarian) 1 large tin (7.5 in X 5.5 in)

We'll go head-to-head with any mac & cheese! California brown rice is soaked overnight in enzymatic water, then steamed and mixed with Straus butter and milk, along with pastured eggs. We add sauteed kale, leeks, baby spinach, plenty of Sierra Nevada Graziers grassfed cheddar, and our own Yogurt Cream. It's all baked until golden for a delicious, classic casserole that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and is a big hit with kids!
