We've adjusted our popular Baby Lima Bean Minestrone in response to a supply issue with organic lima beans this past year. White navy beans (like limas they are GAPS diet-frendly!) are activated by soaking and slow-cooked in chicken bone broth, then simmered in more broth with chicken, dandelion greens, escarole and chard from local farms. Our weekly Meaty Pint! Keema is a classic South Asian dish, popular in both India and Pakistan.
